1.How long does delivery take?

The delivery time is made up of two parts:

  • Processing time: 1-3 business day (order confirmation, customization, quality check, packing)
  • Transit time: 5-8 business days
    Once your item is picked up from the warehouse, it typically takes 5-8 business days to arrive at the destination.

All shipping times exclude customs and duty delays. Delays may occur during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day.

3.Shipping carrier

All our products are shipped and delivered by well-known companies within the US, such as DHL, UPS, USPS, THT, FedEx and others. The specific carrier depends on the delivery address and local logistics conditions.

4.Restrictions

We do not ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid street address to avoid delays.

What if my package gets lost in the mail?If your package gets lost in the mail, please email us at support@pawboro.com. In case of a confirmed lost package, we can offer a replacement or refund.
